Funding Process

1. INITIAL EXPLORATORY CALL:

Initial exploratory phone call is set up with us and sponsor. After the call we will send via email (a project submission form) which is to be completed by sponsor and returned to us for review.

2. REVIEW:

Our board reviews the project and makes a determination if we have further interest.

3. UNDERWRITING & LOI / TERM SHEET

If we proceed forward the sponsor will receive a checklist of items needed for us to generate a term sheet.

4. APPROVAL

Upon receipt of executed LOI/Term sheet and required due diligence deposit , file will be packged and sent to capital partners for final approval and final terms. Approval issued and finalized construction budget/draw schedule will be required by us. The LOC Agreements and loan documents are sent via Docusign to sponsor.
